How to Enter Historical Spin Data

The simulator uses historical spin data to calculate adjusted probabilities for each number on the wheel. This guide walks you through all three ways to get that data into the app — from typing it in manually to scanning a casino display with your phone camera.

Overview

The 📋 Input Data tab (right sidebar, second tab) is where you enter historical spin results. The engine blends this real-world data with theoretical probability (1/38 ≈ 2.63% per number) to produce adjusted hit-rate estimates for every number, color, dozen, column, and parity group.

You have three ways to populate this data:

Manual Entry

Type in numbers or percentages directly from a casino display or your own records.

Camera Scan

Point your phone camera at the casino's spin history board and let the AI extract the data.

Random Generator

Generate realistic test data instantly to explore the strategy without real spin history.

Why Historical Data Matters

American roulette has 38 pockets, so the theoretical probability of any single number is exactly 1/38 = 2.63%. In practice, however, physical wheels develop slight biases over time — worn frets, uneven pocket depths, or dealer signature patterns can cause certain numbers or sectors to hit more frequently than expected.

By entering the last 100–500 spins from a specific wheel, the engine can detect these deviations and weight the betting suggestions accordingly. A number that has hit 8 times in the last 200 spins (4.0% vs. the expected 2.63%) will receive a higher probability score and is more likely to appear in the auto-populated bet suggestions.

The engine blends empirical data with theoretical probability using a weighted average. With fewer than 50 spins, the theoretical baseline dominates. With 300+ spins, the empirical data carries significantly more weight. More data = more accurate suggestions.

Method 1: Manual Entry

Manual entry is the most precise method. You enter the raw hit count for each of the 38 numbers (0, 00, 1–36), and the engine automatically calculates all derived statistics — color percentages, dozen splits, column splits, and parity ratios — in real time.

1

Open the Input Data tab

On the right sidebar, click the 📋 DATA tab (second tab after STATS). On mobile, use the right sidebar toggle (▶ button) to reveal it.
2

Select your spin window

Choose how many spins you are entering data for: 100, 200, or 500 spins. This tells the engine the sample size for probability weighting.
3

Enter number hit counts

The number grid shows all 38 pockets. Click on any number to increment its hit count, or type directly into the field. The wheel sequence is displayed in clockwise order so you can follow along with a physical wheel.
4

Review auto-calculated fields

As you enter number hits, the Color, Dozens, Columns, and Parity percentage fields update automatically. You can override any field manually if you have aggregate data but not individual number counts.
5

Click Apply

Press Apply Stats to load the data into the engine. The Hot Numbers and Cold Numbers panels on the STATS tab will update immediately.
Most casinos display the last 20 results on an electronic board above the wheel. For a quick session, enter just those 20 numbers — it is better than no data at all, though 100+ spins will give much more reliable suggestions.

Entering data from a casino tote board

If the casino shows aggregate statistics (e.g., "Red: 52%, Black: 46%, Green: 2%") rather than individual number counts, you can enter those percentages directly into the Color, Parity, Dozens, and Columns fields without filling in the number grid. The engine will use these aggregate values for its calculations.

Percentages entered manually are not validated against each other — make sure Red + Black + Green adds up to approximately 100%, and that Dozens 1 + 2 + 3 ≈ 100%, etc. Inconsistent data will produce unreliable suggestions.

Method 2: Camera Scan

The camera scan feature uses AI image recognition to extract spin history data directly from a photo of the casino's display board. This is the fastest method when you are at the table.

1

Open the camera

In the app header, tap the 📷 Scan button. Your browser will request camera permission — allow it. On iOS, use Safari for best results.
2

Frame the display board

Point your camera at the casino's electronic spin history display. Make sure:
  • The numbers are clearly visible and in focus
  • Avoid glare from overhead lighting — angle slightly if needed
  • Include as many results as possible in the frame
  • The image is not blurry or motion-blurred
3

Capture and extract

Tap Capture. The AI will analyze the image and extract the spin numbers it can identify. A confidence score and extraction count will be shown.
4

Review and confirm

The extracted numbers are shown for review. Check the count and confidence level. If the extraction looks correct, tap Apply to Simulatorto load the data. If the result looks wrong, retake the photo.
For best results, take the photo in landscape orientation and ensure the display board fills most of the frame. LED displays with high contrast (bright numbers on dark background) scan most reliably. Printed paper results boards may require better lighting.
Camera access requires HTTPS. The scan feature works on the live site (airealtimedatadrivenusroulettestrategies.com) but may not work on HTTP localhost during development. Always use the published site when at a casino.

Method 3: Random Generator

The random data generator creates a statistically realistic set of spin results instantly. It is ideal for exploring the strategy, testing bet configurations, or demonstrating the app without needing real casino data.

1

Open the Input Data tab

Click the 📋 DATA tab in the right sidebar.
2

Select a spin window

Choose 100, 200, or 500. The generator will produce that many simulated spins using the correct American roulette probability distribution (1/38 per number).
3

Click Generate Random Data

Press the 🎲 Generate Random Data button. All fields — number hit counts, color percentages, dozens, columns, and parity — are populated instantly with realistic values.
4

Apply and explore

The data is applied automatically. Switch to the STATS tab to see the Hot and Cold numbers, then use ✨ Auto-Populateto see the suggested bets based on this data.
Random data is useful for understanding how the strategy behaves under different statistical scenarios. Try generating several different datasets and comparing the auto-populated bet suggestions to see how the engine responds to hot/cold number patterns.

Choosing a Spin Window

The spin window tells the engine how many recent spins your data represents. This affects how much weight is given to empirical data vs. theoretical probability.

WindowBest ForEmpirical WeightNotes
100 spinsQuick sessions, limited dataModerate (~40%)Good starting point; theoretical baseline still strong
200 spinsStandard session trackingSignificant (~60%)Recommended for most use cases
500 spinsDedicated wheel trackingStrong (~80%)Best for detecting genuine wheel bias over multiple sessions
If you are tracking a specific wheel across multiple visits, use the 500-spin window and accumulate data over time. Keep a note of the hit counts from each session and add them together before entering into the app.

Using Auto-Populate

Once your spin data is loaded, the ✨ Auto-Populate button (left sidebar or floating bar on mobile) fills in the betting table with the strategy's suggested bets.

The engine selects:

  • Main bets: Inside bets (straight, split, street, corner, 6-line) targeting the highest-probability numbers based on your data. These are the high-payout bets.
  • Guard bets: Outside bets (color, dozen, column, parity) providing coverage. These protect against a total loss on the main bets.

The Guard/Main split slider in the left sidebar controls the balance between coverage (guard bets) and payout potential (main bets). Moving it toward "Safe" increases guard coverage and reduces donk risk; moving toward "Main" increases potential profit but raises the chance of a total loss.

Auto-Populate requires an active subscription. Free accounts can view the strategy and enter data but cannot spin or auto-populate bets.

Tips & Best Practices

Track one wheel at a time

Spin data from different wheels should not be mixed. Each physical wheel has its own characteristics. If you move to a different table, clear the data and start fresh.

Update data between sessions

If you return to the same wheel on a later visit, add the new spins to your existing counts before applying. The more data, the better.

Use 100 spins as a minimum

With fewer than 50 spins, the data is too noisy to be useful. If you only have 20 results, the random generator may actually produce more reliable suggestions.

Cross-check with the STATS tab

After applying data, review the Hot Numbers and Cold Numbers panels. If the hot numbers look implausible (e.g., 10 hits in 100 spins for a single number), double-check your entry.

Clear before a new session

If you are starting fresh at a new wheel or a new casino, use the Clear button to wipe all data before entering new results.

Camera scan + manual review

For best accuracy, use the camera scan to get the bulk of the data, then manually verify and correct any numbers the AI may have misread.
